We give lifetime guarantee on our gold, as it is hand welded welded it will never fall off.  If an item arrives damaged from shipping please contact us as soon as possible so we can repair said item. If an item arrives in a good condition but faults appear within few days due to production error contact us and if it is truly fault in production we will repair it free of charge.

Any damages done due to misuse (i.e scratching the item, stepping on it, losing the item etc) will not be covered by warranty. If we accidentally send you the wrong size, contact us send us the item and if the item is in fact in the wrong size we will resize it for free and compensate you 10$ for your shipping in future orders.

If you order the wrong size we happily resize it for 20$, 10$ for service and 10$ for postage. We inspect our products thoroughly but sometimes error may occur and we would happily repair said items for free if the fault is in production and not misuse.
