How to apply for a wholesale account

We are happy that you have considered adding our Jewellery to your collection. Simenda Jewellery is one of the leading Sterling Silver and Silver with Gold companies in Israel. We cater our retail and wholesale clients in Israel and around the world! For our first time wholesale accounts we require you to sign up to our website. Once you finished everything you will receive and automatic E-mail and in that mail you will find an activation link (please note some E-mail providers might filter the automatic mail to your spam folder so if you haven't received the E-mail within 5 minutes check your spam folder if it isn't there please contact us). Once you have pressed the link you will have to send a letter to info@simenda.com and in that mail please provide a little background around your business. Once you have done so we will manually review your application and approve genuine businesses. Once you have been approved you will receive an E-mail from one of our executives and from there on out you should have access to the wholesale section of our website.

Our company was established in 1998 and has served since thousands of clients around the globe. We are currently have over 10,000 designs total, currently there are 3000 designs on our website with more being added monthly. Our first goal is to provide the best quality possible for our clients, retail and wholesale alike. We aspire to provide the best designs around. As one of the leading Sterling Silver and Silver with Gold Jewelry Companies in Israel, we aspire to push the Jewellery profession further as we implant new technologies, both to production and to design. We release new designs every month so that our clients will always have fresh selection of designs that they haven't seen before, but also we like to modify our best sellers like the old saying if ain't broke don't fix it.

Our Silver is the cleanest in Israel, as most businesses either buy recycled silver or just plainly mix Pure (999) silver with copper and call it Sterling silver, their silver is brittle and tends to darken quicker. We import our Silver from Italy, the silver is being mined there, then we mix it with a German Imported alloy. That alloy is more expensive than plain copper as it consist of copper, zinc and various types of metals. What's differentiate that alloy from plain copper that is made in vacuum therefore there isn't any air trapped, so a result our silver doesn't darken as fast and is much sturdier.

If you browse our site you will different designs, some of the designs have hanging parts that dangle, we individually cast each part and weld them together. Most designers would rather cast it as a unit and save time and money on welding, while it's cheaper and faster the design is much stiffer and doesn't move smoothly (if at all).

We weld the parts manually they dangle freely and make movement of parts much smoother and the end product is much cleaner.

Our factory Specializes in two Metals Sterling Silver and Sterling Silver with 9 Karat Gold. Our Silver and Gold designs are two tone designs that aren't seen a lot as they require really good care. We like our hybrid designs and it allows our clients to enjoy both precious metals.

Our Gold is hand welded to the silver, the gold is 0.2-0.3 mm sheet of gold and unlike gold plated products it will stay on the silver for a lifetime. Our products are timeless both in design and in quality. We keep getting clients interested in designs we made way back in 1998, as well as clients still wearing the stuff we made in 1998. We believe that Jewellery should last you decades and not crumble within few years, our jewellery can be handed down in the family without having to worry that the item might break.

We can set any stone that you wish, please note that the stone in our pictures are the combinations we liked however if you wish to use something else that's perfectly fine and we would gladly make your combinations.

Our production time may vary, it depends on how busy we are, what season you place the order and of course your order size, for better time estimation please contact us and we would happily answer.

Tour at our factory and stock

If you are in Israel we would gladly give you a tour in our factory as well as show you our stock, as we have agents around Israel selling our jewelry we always keep a fair stock for our clients. Just set an appointment and we would gladly have you in our establishment.

We believe in repeat clients so we offer services even after placing and receiving the order, if something was broken during shipment or your client broke it we would gladly repair it as long as the damages occurred during transport/factory defect. We also offer special orders to our wholesale accounts, if your clients wishes to buy an item that you have sold out (for example you have a pair of earrings and a clients a matching ring), we can send out special orders to our wholesale clients just ask us about that service and we would gladly help with any questions.

If you wish to call us we operate from 8 AM to 4 PM from Sunday to Thursday Israel Local time. We however receive mail 24/7 and do our best to answer them within the hour if they are made during work hours, E-mails that we receive after closing hours are answered within few hours not later than 24 hours.
